We come from different walks of life from various places around the world and share a passion for the outdoors by climbing the highest peaks, riding ocean waves or anything in between. Wherever you are, never forget where you come from!

'MANCATION'
Spent about 8 days in Lond Island last week with Mike C. Caught about 20 Sea Bass, 6 Fluke, a few Sea Robins, 2 blue fish and one puffer fish!!! First time ever catching a puffer...very cool looking fish!!! Surfed great waves almost every day until our arms couldn't paddle anymore. Went scuba diving in a few spots, Mike speared a nice size fluke, we both saw a HUGE ray, and collected a bunch of conch (welk) to make a salad with.
Great week!! We'll be doing more spearfishing this season...hopefully with some good stories to follow.
The annual Mancation is on!

The smallest seabass ever!

On the way out of the Shinnecock inlet to the atlantic. Early start for what turned out to be a long day of diving and fishing.

Salt Lake City
Trouble Maker representing Killington at Lonestar Taqueria in Salt Lake City.
Snotsicle sitting on the rooftop with Mt. Olympus west slabs in the background. Mt. Olympus is between Millcreek Canyon and Big Cottonwood Canyon.

Another memorable trip to Utah despite the 32 hour drive back home. We had a great time hanging with my roomies and visiting my favorite spots around SLC.

Kick ass weekend at "The Beast"
We took advantage of the 4-D condo in K-Town. Schralping in the 802 and sipping local microbrew beers with perfect weather did not suck. 9 hrs of mountain biking, alpine slide, disc golf and johnny boys to get cracked up on caffeine!
The stash "squatch"

Soligully hitting the serpent bridge at Pine Hill Park

Hooked?
Been fishing every day, save one or two at most, for the past month! When do you know when you have a problem? Psyched though... Got a two pounder, a 2.5 pounder, and a 3 pounder under the belt and a bunch of around 1 pounders including numerous perch out of the reservoir. Fuck, another hobby!
Ps... Just bought my second rod (obviously much more expensive) and have spent about $700, maybe even a little more so far... Good thing I already have (almost, lol) everything I need for the snow season! Guess when we find something we love we really make it part of us... Fish hard, Ride hard, Live hard. Enjoy the rest of the summer boys, I can already feel the flakes!

Pumpkinseed
Never caught one of these before. Its a type of Sunfish called a “pumpkinseed”. Definitely one of the most colorful and vibrant freshwater fish I have ever caught. The picture doesn't really do it justice as to how bright it was. Cool fish - Blue, red and orange colors. It was caught at Rockland Country Club and was about 10"-12" - apparently very big for this type of fish.

BFL a.k.a. Dowdy Lake @ Redfeather
24hrs of camping, fishing, wine and beer drinking, frying up trout, temps from 32-65, rain, hail, snow and wind gusts up to 70mph... although we all froze, what a trip!
We caught about 60 fish in 5 hrs of fishing over a dusk and dawn... one helluva run. Only keeping 12 fish for frying, the brown trout was the highlight (featured above). We caught about 58 rainbow trout, 1 brown trout and a bluegill.
