"Nipple Deep Powder" forecast.

I have never seen a forecast this intense for a mountain range before.  Mt Shasta sits 14,179' a.s.l. and is the second highest peak in the Cascades and the fifth highest in California.  If we tried to ski/board this we would definitely have "tunnel" vision.
PURE RIDICULOUSNESS!

  1. CRAZY!!!!! Higher snowfall totals would reach up to 180 inches over 4-5 days. Jan. 08- The Wasatch saw 180 inches of snow for the month of Jan. 08, and that was some of the best skiing of my life. The wind drifts could be 20-40 feet!!! Unbelievable!!! For the first time- I can maybe say- The storm could bring too much snow and wind!!!
